Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the human body is an organic whole, and there is a certain correspondence between internal organs and body surface tissues, and the pathological changes of internal organs can be reflected in the corresponding body surface tissues. Six of the human body 12 meridians converge on the human hand, which can fully reflect the blood circulation and physiological and pathological changes of human viscera. These changes can produce different colors, shapes and pathological lines in the corresponding visceral reflex area of the hand through the information transmission of the human body, and according to these, the location, attributes, degree and manifestations of the disease can be diagnosed. This is an interview. The basis of face-to-face diagnosis is that facial changes are closely related to visceral diseases. When visceral diseases occur, they are reflected on the face. Because the face is the external glory of qi and blood of zang-fu organs, and it is also the gathering of meridians, the book "Syndrome of Zang-fu Diseases Caused by Pathogenic Qi in Lingshu" says: "the twelve meridians, 365 collaterals, his qi and blood are all on his face, and he goes to deficiency." The facial collaterals are rich, the qi and blood are full, the facial skin is thin and tender, and the color change is easy to show. The five colors correspond to the outline of Confucian classics: "Try to observe the method of Neijing, thinking that the five colors are external, the five internal organs should be internal, and the branches and leaves are still the foundation." You can't lose the color-pulse-shaped meat, so if you are sick, you will be colored, and you will be attacked from inside and outside, such as shadows and drums. "Therefore, the ups and downs of viscera and qi and the disturbance of qi and blood by pathogenic factors will be reflected in the face. From the observation of the face, we can not only diagnose the facial lesions themselves, but also understand the rise and fall of healthy qi and the depth of pathogenic factors, infer the progress of the disease and determine its prognosis.
