How much should I drink for the first time?
Men drink 2 units a day, no more than 5 times a week; Women drink 1 unit every day, no more than 5 times a week, which is a relatively safe amount of drinking.

1 A glass of wine is equivalent to 10g (or 13 ml) pure alcohol. In terms of drinking utensils, one drinking unit is approximately equivalent to 1 can of beer or 1 small glass (120 ml) of wine or more than half a dozen (30 ml) of white wine.

It can be seen that adult men drink 1 bottle of beer or 240 ml of wine or 60 ml of liquor every day, while women drink half a bottle of beer or 120 ml of wine or 30 ml of liquor every day, no more than five times a week, which is a relatively safe drinking amount.
