Nourishing the Heart —— Reflections on the Trilogy of Women's Health Care
Yesterday, I spent several hours reading the Three Steps of Women's Health Care written by Luo Dalun, an expert in traditional Chinese medicine, and thoroughly understood that the three steps of women's health care are: soothing the liver, nourishing blood and repairing the heart. Also let me understand that if you want to have a healthy life, you can only rely on yourself.

Next, I will outline the contents of this book.

First, learn the knowledge of Chinese medicine and be your own health care doctor.

At the beginning of the book, it is said that our best health care doctor is ourselves, and our body is only known by ourselves, so we should know something about Chinese medicine and not go into the misunderstanding of health preservation. For example, some people take tonics every day, and as a result, their health is getting worse; Some people have a little knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, but they can't be targeted. As a result, they miss a good opportunity for treatment. Only by mastering more knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and using it flexibly can we correctly maintain health and sometimes even save lives.

However, without the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, health preservation is sometimes terrible. The author gave an example of Su Dongpo's death from taking the wrong medicine in the Song Dynasty. After reading it, I cried. It's so sad that my favorite literary master died in a "medical accident". The key is that Su Dongpo himself is the person who uses drugs.

So how to make a correct self-diagnosis? The author tells us four main points: observe calmly-don't be across the board-don't doubt first, then demonstrate-don't deceive yourself. In my opinion, these four points are to ask us not to panic when we are sick. What suits us is the best. Don't scare yourself with the characteristics of certain diseases. The most important thing is to be honest with yourself. Because all diseases have a "cause", and this cause is only clear to us.

Second, anger hurts the body and liver, so use the magical "Jieyu Decoction".

The author believes that 99% of women's diseases are repressed. When you are wronged and angry, it is easy to "stagnate liver qi", and then many diseases will come out, such as dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, chloasma, freckles, infertility, mammary gland hyperplasia and even breast cancer. That's why there is a saying that "all diseases are born of qi".

There are many reasons for women's "stagnation of liver-qi", most of which come from family and work pressure, such as quarreling between husband and wife, disharmony between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, and unfair treatment of women in the workplace. In addition, many women have poor self-guidance ability and are persistent in things. It's strange that you are not depressed when you are attacked from inside and outside.

It's hard to be a woman, and what's more difficult is that we women don't let go of ourselves. Why bother?

In my opinion, it is best to use "Jieyu Decoction" for "stagnation of liver qi", which can definitely relieve liver qi. Moreover, to my surprise, the author can cure the disease by letting patients soak their feet with this medicine soup. He thinks that the effect of soaking feet is no different from drinking medicine. There is an example in the article, which proves that an old lady soaked her feet with corrupt drugs, got sick halfway through, and finally vomited.

I think I used to eat a lot of black and bitter Chinese medicine to treat dysmenorrhea, and I have never been asked by Chinese medicine to soak my feet with decoction. Reading this book really opened my eyes.

Third, soothing the liver and nourishing blood is the highest realm of beauty.

As the saying goes, "ten women have nine spots", chloasma, freckles and water spots all like to stick on women's faces. Greatly affected the appearance. In my opinion, these spots can be removed after conditioning. Beauty must start from within.

Soothes the liver, regulates qi, regulates menstruation, and nourishes according to one's physique at different stages of life. The most important thing is to replenish blood, so good-looking will come naturally.

In the book, the author lists how people with different constitutions should replenish blood and qi, and combines pictures and texts, so that our readers can make self-diagnosis by comparing the tongue pictures in the book. If you really need to take medicine, I think it's best to ask the Chinese medicine practitioners around you and listen to their opinions.

Fourth, the key to not getting sick is to cultivate the mind.

Keeping a beautiful mind can keep us away from diseases and have a happy life.

In the author's opinion, people who only have themselves in mind and can only see themselves are prone to illness. This kind of people "lack empathy", "strive for strength, have a strong desire", "resist self-reflection" and "narrow-minded, love to care about things", so they are easy to get excited, stagnation of liver qi and stagnation of qi and blood.

So, how can we maintain a good attitude?

The author gives four laws: the law of "standing high", the law of "seeing far", the law of "living well" and the law of "living well".

If a person stands tall, he will not haggle over every ounce; If you look far away, your vision will be broadened, and you will not be happy or sad for the immediate gains and losses; Get over it, no setbacks or difficulties can help you; If you live completely and are closest to the essence of life, you won't have all kinds of possessiveness.

After reading this part, I feel that the author is not talking about how to keep in good health, but how to live a good life. In particular, when he said that the last law "live thoroughly", he mentioned that one connotation of "Tao" is that "the world is essentially empty, so don't care about the result, but benefit him regardless of the return".

I didn't expect that the teacher mentioned the spirit of "altruism" many times in the course I studied last month. I didn't expect that the Tao Te Ching was already talked about thousands of years ago. Sure enough, the connection of everything is everywhere.

After reading this book, my biggest gain is that the best health care is nourishing the heart, which is the basis of good health.

Finally, why should I read this book? To solve the problem, of course.

I think in the past three years, due to heavy work pressure, I have developed many bad habits, such as staying up late, getting angry easily, not exercising, and loving sweets. My body has sent me some signals, such as insomnia, dreaminess, irregular menstruation, a sharp increase in spots on my face and skin allergies.

Later, I read Alina Zhang's Handbook of Energy Management, and put forward that we should manage our own energy, including our own health, because physical health is the basis of energy. Now, if I want to change, I must start with a healthy body so that I can have more energy to do what I want to do.

Now, you should understand!
