What kind of water to drink?

No matter what water you drink, it can't be used as a source of nutrition, nor can it have any magical effect. Therefore, as long as it meets the national standards, water can be safely drunk, and there is no question of "which water is healthier", and consumers do not have to worry about what water to drink. A balanced diet, plenty of drinking water, proper exercise and good living rules are the basis of health.

Answer from the long-term and short-term intervals. Everyone's physique and health are different. In the short term, these four kinds of water have no effect on health, but people who often have hyperacidity, calcium deficiency or osteoporosis are advised not to drink carbonated water. First, it is best to drink mineral water and boiled water in a short time. Mineral water is rich in components, and it is first-class drinking water, while boiled water is made from tested tap water, and the water quality meets the drinking standards. Second, it is best to drink boiled water for a long time. On the one hand, because of the wide range of people drinking boiled water, the quality problems will get better and better; On the other hand, it is economical and suitable for mass consumption. However, if you drink mineral water for a long time, the increase of drinking cost may lead to excessive mineral elements in the human body, which may adversely affect your health.
Personally, I use tap water for cooking and pure water for making tea. Pure water is used because the hardness of tap water is high, which will affect the flavor of tea. Purified water removes most mineral ions, making the brewed tea taste better. My purified water is bottled water, mainly because I am too lazy to install the water purifier and clean and maintain it.
