I must persist in this way so that my life can remain stable and my physical condition will not get worse. This may make my life less fun, but in order to survive, everything is worth it.

Most people who walk on the road of health preservation are people with physical problems or the elderly. Although young people already have this awareness, it is difficult to stick to it. It doesn't make any sense to stay up the longest night, put on the most expensive mask and soak Lycium barbarum in a thermos.
