What is Tai Sui?
Tai sui is the common name of meat ganoderma lucidum. Looks like a lump of meat, but also like a stake, with wrinkles on the surface and protrusions similar to blood vessels; It feels sticky and elastic.

There is a rare beast "seeing meat" in the ancient book Shan Hai Jing, which is edible and has the function of regeneration. The ancients thought the meat was too old. However, some scholars believe that relying on meat and putting into traditional life are not the same thing, but the ancients forcibly linked the two after seeing the description in Shan Hai Jing.

Li Shizhen's Compendium of Materia Medica records more accurately: "Meat and cheese are like meat. Attached to a big stone, it has a head and a tail and is a creature. " It describes Tai Sui, whose appearance is consistent with the reality of Tai Sui.
