How to cultivate microorganisms
Look at the types of microorganisms. General bacteria and fungi use agar plate medium (the composition is not detailed), and viruses and rickettsia use chicken embryo and serum medium. Culture media can also be divided into solid, liquid and semi-solid. After the culture medium is prepared, dip (pick) the strains with the inoculation ring and inoculate them on the culture medium under aseptic conditions. Put it in an incubator and set the temperature and other conditions (for example, the pathogenic bacteria are cultured at 37℃ for 24~48 hours). If it is a plate medium, take it out for observation after the time. If colonies (to be cultured) appear, the culture is successful.
