Cooking steps of fairy porridge in old Chinese medicine;

Material preparation: 50g glutinous rice, 30g onion, appropriate amount of ginger slices and 50ml rice vinegar.

1. Take 50g of glutinous rice. If there is no glutinous rice, you can use japonica rice or other glutinous rice instead. Wash the rice.

2. Heat the pot and add water to cook porridge.

3, take 30 grams of green onion, preferably with whiskers, 7 slices of ginger, about 15 grams, add to porridge and cook together for 5 minutes. If there is no scallion, you can use coriander with roots instead.
