The Jade Girl Heart Sutra needs two people to practice together and help each other. When practicing, the whole body is full of hot air. You must choose an empty place and practice with all your clothes open, so that the hot air will spread immediately without a moment's delay, otherwise it will stagnate in the body, ranging from serious illness to death.
This internal skill is difficult step by step and will be practiced until the fork in the road. Without the help of others, you will be possessed. Only if you help me and I help you can we cross the dangerous obstacles together.
The odd line of the Jade Maiden Heart Sutra is "Yin enters" and the even line is "Yang retreats". "Yang retreat" kung fu can stop at any time; "Yin Jin" must be achieved in one go, and there can be no setbacks in the middle. It should be said that there should be internal and external references. Taoism mainly refers to women's specialized kung fu.
