What do you mean by health care?
Fitness is the maintenance and adjustment of the body, focusing on specific physical functions, not too long. For example, "pregnant women should pay attention to health care just after giving birth"; "An athlete has an operation after being injured and needs to take time off for fitness" and so on.

Health preservation refers to a medical activity to support life, enhance physical fitness and prevent diseases through various methods, so as to achieve longevity. The so-called life is life, survival and growth; The so-called maintenance means maintenance, recuperation and nourishing. Health care is long-term and long-term. For example, "Mr. Wang, 30, knows how to keep fit, stay away from alcohol and tobacco, work and rest regularly, and so on." He often says,' When you are young, you should know some health knowledge and take good care of your body, but when you are old, you don't have to worry about getting seriously ill.' "It can be seen that health is long-term. It's just a term that will appear in the field of Chinese medicine, that is to say, the concept of "health preservation" will only exist in Chinese medicine, not in western medicine.

These are just my personal views, which may be biased, for reference only, and I hope to help you.
