Italian Boxing Piling is an original creation of China Wushu master Mr. Wang Xiangzhai, and it is the basic skill of Italian Boxing. It can be divided into health piles and martial arts piles, both of which are trained in a relatively static state and experience the micro-motion of "moving without moving". Its basic points are concentration, relaxation and natural breathing.

According to the different purposes of practice, Yiquan standing piles can be divided into fitness piles and technical boxing piles.
