At the beginning of Zhu Yuanzhang's reign, Mu Ying made many expeditions to stabilize Zhu Yuanzhang. Zhu Yuanzhang thinks highly of him, so you don't have to worry about foreign invasion when Mu Ying is around. Later, he asked Mu Ying to guard Yunnan, which is far from Beijing. If it is difficult to transport food from Kyoto, Mu Ying wondered why he didn't grow his own food. Now that the country is peaceful, soldiers can farm completely. Then he applied to the court, and Zhu Yuanzhang approved it. Muying also built water conservancy projects, so that people's income achievements don't have to depend on the weather.
Zhu Yuanzhang was very happy to see this form in Yunnan, and then he gave it to Mu Ying. Later, Ma Huanghou died. When Mu Ying heard the bad news, he vomited blood sadly. Then Prince Zhu Biao, who had a good relationship with Mu Ying, died. A series of blows finally defeated Mu Ying, who relapsed and died. When Muying's coffin was transported to Kyoto, Zhu Yuanzhang personally picked it up, and Zhu Yuanzhang felt the same way, allowing his descendants to attack Jue and continue to guard Yunnan.
Later, when the Qing soldiers entered Shanhaiguan, Mu, a descendant of the Mu family, felt the court's affection for them and decided to advance and retreat with them. When the Qing Dynasty attacked Yunnan, Mu Tianbo was defeated by the Qing army. In order to protect Emperor Li Yong from retreating to Myanmar, he had no choice. However, civil strife also occurred in Myanmar, and Mutianbo, his son and emperor Li Yong were killed. Since then, Mu has no descendants.
