Liquor is a unique distilled liquor in China. Due to the unique brewing technology of liquor, besides water and ethanol, there are thousands of trace components, and it is the different types and contents of these trace components that make liquor have different styles. Many of these trace components are also bioactive substances. For example, ligustrazine can dilate blood vessels, improve microcirculation and inhibit platelet aggregation. Ferulic acid has the effects of preventing platelet aggregation, enhancing prostaglandin activity, relieving pain and relieving vasospasm; 4- methyl guaiacol and 4- ethyl guaiacol have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-aging effects.
"Liquor contains bioactive substances" is not the same as "Liquor has corresponding efficacy". In other words, liquor contains some trace anticancer substances, which does not mean that liquor has anticancer effect.
