A panacea for happiness
Only physical and mental health can lead to happiness. Happiness is a kind of ability, which can be acquired through constant practice. What are the panacea for happiness? We can do it but often ignore it!

Exercise includes running, cycling or yoga, which can keep fit. There is a good saying: "Life is like a marathon, no matter where you start, no matter how fast you run, as long as you can persist in running to the finish line, you are the winner". Persistence is difficult, but as long as you persist, you will find that it is not that difficult.

In "Happy China People", BiBi Zhou once said that Zhang Liangyou, a 9 1 year-old Anhui old man, has been running for more than 50 years, taking his wife with him and influencing people around him to get better and better. He said: "I will hold my wife's hand and run all the time." As long as I can breathe, I will keep running, chasing the white clouds in the sky and surpassing them. " What an inspiring and touching story!

Japanese best-selling author Haruki Murakami is also a marathon runner. His book "What I Think When I Run" describes in detail the ability and feeling he gained by insisting on running. After reading this book, I felt a lot, and silently vowed to develop a healthy living habit of "running" in 2020.

What moved me the most was Grandpa Zhong Nanshan, a medical academician who appeared frequently on the screen recently because of "novel coronavirus". At the age of 84, he has been struggling in the front line of the epidemic these days. I saw him on TV for the first time. I really can't believe that he is 84 years old. He looks like a man in his sixties. Later, I learned that Zhong Lao kept fit all the year round by exercising, running and playing basketball, in order to help more patients in China!

I have only heard that "meditation" is a very popular way of keeping in good health at present, but it has never been really practiced. After listening to the course today, I realized that active meditation training can strengthen the gray matter of the brain, enhance the body's immune system and eliminate many bad automatic movements in life, which can be described as many benefits. So I tried meditation for the first time today, mainly by breathing to relax the whole mind, focusing on breathing and feeling the changes in my body with my heart. After meditation, I feel much more comfortable, so I decided to do a "meditation" every night before going to bed.

Nowadays, we young people have already destroyed the normal body biological clock. Don't sleep when you should, and you can't get up when you should. It's not that we can't go to bed early and get up early, but that we are lazy to do it, lacking self-control and self-discipline, so we will fall into a vicious circle. Sleep has a great influence on our health. A good sleep can help us release stress and fight against "cortisol". Cortisol can help us clear our brains after a day's work, improve our memory and cultivate our creativity. The harm of lack of sleep to human body is enormous, even irreversible. Therefore, the old saying "early to bed and early to rise" has far-reaching significance.

Many treasure mothers may not know the difference between milk powder feeding and breastfeeding. Because you have to work, wean your child too early and let him drink with a bottle. Many babies refused to drink the milk from the bottle at first, because breastfeeding can not only feed their children, but more importantly, in the process of breastfeeding, the mother holds the baby and the baby gets the final sense of security and intimacy, which the bottle can't provide. Once psychology used monkeys to do "sensory deprivation experiments", and the conclusions obtained fully explained this point. So it is very important for children to give them more touching or hugging. Pregnant mothers can do touch prenatal education, and treasure mothers can also do touch exercises for their children every day to make their children grow up healthier physically and mentally!

In the new year, I hope I can effectively implement the "happiness panacea table", and I am also looking forward to my change!
