Health Care Service Process of Jiuyang Zhen Jing
Long before Zhang Wuji, Jiuyang Zhen Jing had two young descendants, one was a young Zhang Sanfeng and the other was a young Guo Xiang!

Before his death, Master Jue Yuan fled Shaolin Temple with Zhang Sanfeng and Guo Xiang and ran for hundreds of miles. After that, he ran out of internal power and oil. On his deathbed, Master Jue Yuan intermittently recited the sentence "Jiuyang Zhen Jing", while Zhang Sanfeng and Guo Xiang beside him were trying to remember it. Later, they developed Wudang Jiuyang Gong and Emei Jiuyang Gong with the help of broken sentences and chapters in their memories, and established the famous Wudang and Emei based on these two magical powers.

Before Jue Yuan's Biography of Jiuyang and Zhen Jing, Guo Xiang had a broad martial arts foundation by virtue of his family background. When he made a bet with the colorless Zen master, he learned all the skills such as Luo Ying's swordsmanship, Jade Girl's Swordsmanship, Quanzhen Swordsmanship, Dog Sticking, Empty Ming Boxing, Loach Skill and Iron Palm Skill, while Zhang Sanfeng only knew a set of arhat Boxing. He himself said he was interested in Jiuyang.

In terms of age, Zhang Sanfeng was a boy of 12 years old when he debuted, while Guo Xiang just passed his sixteenth birthday, and Guo Xiang was only three or four years older than him. By the time Zhang Sanfeng celebrated her centenary birthday, Guo Xiang had been dead for more than forty years, and her first disciple, Master Fengling, had turned to dust.

The exterminator apprentice is also called "old ni"! He is also a master and master of practicing Jiuyang Zhen Jing. Why did Zhang Sanfeng live so long, but Guo Xiang died young? There may be three reasons for this, the most fundamental reason is a "defect" in Guo Xiang!

This is related to their different monastic factions. Guo Xiang became a Nepali monk, and Zhang Sanfeng became a monk. Buddhists believe that the flesh is a smelly bag, and only when life ends and the gods leave and get rid of this smelly bag can we get the Tao! Taoism, on the other hand, cherishes the physical body very much, pays attention to health preservation and self-cultivation, prolongs life, and regards "immortality and longevity with heaven" as a lifelong pursuit.

The famous Taoist classic "Bao Puzi" said: "Human nature should be sweet, warm, yin and yang, rank, eyes and ears, joints, color, old and lasting, long-term vision, arbitrary origin, cold and warm rheumatism can't hurt." It means that people must take good care of their bodies, eat and wear well, keep warm and dry, keep fit and be vigilant!
