Living in the same state with everything, we can't distinguish everything, but experience all feelings and feelings truly, completely and profoundly. We don't arbitrarily distinguish between good and evil, and we don't welcome or refuse, that is, we are one of knowing and doing, accepting all the colors, forms, ups and downs of life and accepting them unconditionally. Through unconditional acceptance, all negative emotional reactions can be transformed into positive emotions of gratitude, concern, sympathy and understanding.
