2. Push-up rubbing method: four fingers cling to the skin and push and pull back and forth in the up and down direction. Pushing is the most important, and pulling back is the least important. One-handed, appropriate.
3. Circle rubbing method: put the palm of your hand on the skin, put four fingers close to the skin, and rotate counterclockwise and clockwise to rub in circles, which is suitable for prominent parts of the body, such as elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, shoulders, chest and pelvis on both sides of the abdomen. One hand.
4, flat rubbing method: the most common technique, two-handed action, the right hand is flat on the skin, the palm is flat, the left hand is placed on the back of the right hand, and the right hand is pressed hard, and the action is flat, straight, slow and heavy. Suitable for the abdomen, back, thighs and calves of the body, and the strength is basically the same.

According to the difference between men and women, you should move slowly from the right side of the chest to the left side, basically rubbing it down.
