Is Tieguanyin suitable for the old and the young?
Suitable for all ages.

Tieguanyin is rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals, tea polyphenols and alkaloids. It has a variety of nutritional and medicinal components and has health care functions.

In the eighth year of the Republic of China, it was introduced from Anxi, Fujian, and it was divided into two types: "Tieguanyin with red heart" and "Tieguanyin with green heart". In Wenshan period, the main producing areas were horizontal, with thick branches and loose leaves, few buds and thick leaves, and low yield, but the quality of packaged tea was high, and the production period was later than Qingxin Wulong.

In modern storage methods, the effect is better:

1, pumping nitrogen storage method

In a closed container, nitrogen is used instead of air, so that tea leaves can be preserved under oxygen-free conditions. The specific method is as follows: first, put the dried tea leaves into a tea pot or aluminum foil bag with a crimping cover, then remove the air, fill in pure nitrogen, and finally seal.

Tea leaves are stored in nitrogen-filled containers, which can prevent the deterioration of tea contents due to Geng nitriding. At room temperature, the quality can be kept unchanged for one year. If it can be preserved at low temperature, the preservation effect will be better.

2, low temperature storage method

In order to prevent tea from oxidative deterioration at low temperature. Specifically, dry tea leaves (the water content of tea leaves is below 5%) are put into a well-sealed container and stored at a low temperature below 3 degrees Celsius. For bulk tea storage, a special cold storage should be built to prevent moisture and heat, and the relative humidity of the air in the storage should be kept at about 50%.
