How to calculate the salary of work-related injuries and fractures at home?
Wages for work-related injuries and fractures at home are calculated as follows:

1. If the average monthly salary within one year before the work-related injury is lower than the local minimum wage, the rest wage shall be calculated according to the local minimum wage.

2. If the average monthly salary is greater than the local minimum wage within one year before the work-related injury, the actual average monthly salary shall be used as the base of rest and recuperation.

3. If the work-related injury level is Grade I or Grade II, the rest wages shall be based on the standard of 100%.

4. If the work-related injury level is Grade III or IV, the remaining salary is 90%.

5. If the work-related injury level is Grade 5 or Grade 6, the residual wage is 80%.
