How about Jiashan Rishan Electronics Factory in Jiaxing, Zhejiang?
The experience is as follows:

This summer vacation, I came to Jiashan Rishan Electronics Factory in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province as a summer job. When I get there, I have to fill out a form and find the corresponding service. There are three services: the Kabolin Lang joint exhibition, and I will find the corresponding service. Which service did I come through? There were many people at that time, so there was a long queue to fill out the form. After filling out the form, someone will take you to an interview and record your face and so on.

Student workers can't reveal that they are students, otherwise they won't pass the interview (many of them are from schools, which is very strange) and will be assigned to the dormitory after they are all done. At that time, we waited for a long time. We arrived at 0: 00 in the morning and were assigned to the dormitory at 6: 00 or 7: 00 in the afternoon.

I think the dormitory environment is good. I live in a room of eight, with four rooms and then four big cabinets. A cabinet is used by two people and separated by partitions. That's the bed board. I'm really going to vomit, not the whole thing, but the kind with many slender boards spaced on it. I must buy a mattress, otherwise I can't sleep all night.

There are two bathrooms in a dormitory, and there are three faucets for washing clothes outside, that is, the poles for drying clothes are too high, so you need to buy longer clothes poles to hang them. The dormitory has air conditioning and fans, and there is no need for a remote control. It seems that I have lived for a week before I can go to the guest house remote control. Our dormitory is air-conditioned by mobile phone.

Then there are laundry rooms and tea rooms on each floor. There is a washing machine in it, and there is hot water and warm water in the tea room. It costs money. The dormitory has an elevator, which is very convenient. In and out of the dormitory, you have to brush the factory label and eat in the workshop, so the factory label must be kept well.

If you work, it depends on which department you are in. The work of each department is different, so we can't say whether we are tired or not here. When you come out of the dormitory, go right to the fingerprint building, and then you have to brush your sign or face to get in. There are free masks at the door, and you can find your own workshop after you go in. It's quite big, with several buildings.

As far as my department is concerned, I think it's ok, not too tired. I go to work at 8: 00 a.m. and start punching in at 7: 45 a.m. 10 rest 10 minutes,10/30 for dinner, and a meal lasts for 45 minutes (most of them have an hour to eat, which is worth complaining about).

Rest at three in the afternoon. If you don't work overtime, you will clock in at 4: 45. If you work overtime, eat at 4: 30 and punch in at 7: 30 in the evening. Commuting time in each department may be different, so don't mislead.

Some departments have classes when they have more work, and some departments may have more people and then less work. Maybe some people will get off work early every morning after the roll call, which means that you have no class that day (the broken system will give you a fake smile), and then many people run away without class, so it is very important to get familiar with the leaders.

The canteen is not far. There seems to be a fourth floor near the workshop. The food inside is also delicious. I think it is hahahaha. There are noodles, set meals, milk tea drinks and so on. Choose for yourself anyway. There are 350 meals in the meal card. If you use it up, you can deduct it from your salary or fill it with your own money. The basic meal is about eight yuan, but of course there are higher ones. Look at that.

Ok, here is the important resignation procedure! Seriously, this resignation is really annoying. At first, I heard that I had to report my resignation to the labor service company fifteen days in advance (the yellow ladder on the right side of the fingerprint building), but later it seemed to be one week in advance (the details are not clear). Originally, our batch was intended to be completed by the end of August.

However, because of the epidemic, the labor service was not approved, and it would take a month to report to the system, so many people left directly. Fortunately, the labor service there is quite good. Although the resignation form was not given, it was reported to the system, and then we were asked to get the resignation form a week later. I have to go to work on the last working day above, and I can leave the next day after that.

If you get the resignation letter, you must sign the head of the workshop. He can't leave without approval, because he can't get into the system without signing. If you leave, you will record absenteeism, so you must sign the team leader three days in advance to let him enter the system.

Generally, it seems that you won't be allowed to work overtime on the last day, and you can check out and return your clothes to the factory the next day. Be sure to note that you may not check out the next day, but you can't open the dormitory door when you leave the dormitory!

Because I entered the system and left my job, the labels and meal cards are useless. Pack up all your things, take a photo of the bed cabinet and the things you brought, then you can check out on the official WeChat account, fill in the information and upload the photos, and then you can go out of the dormitory to the fingerprint building and return the factory clothes label.

Another situation is that, like me, it is useless to have a check-out label, and then I can't get on the official WeChat account, so I packed my things and took photos to the dormitory, filled out a paper check-out form in person, gave them the label, and gave it to the security guard when I left the dormitory door, so I could go out.

What I am most dissatisfied with is the salary. At the beginning, I said that an hour is 14 by the hour, which is already very low, but we can't help it if we have a holiday late. When you get there, it becomes equal pay for equal work, with a basic salary of 2050 and overtime pay. Therefore, the salary of the students who go to the back is so low that there is a thief pit. Students who have an early holiday must do that kind of hourly work. It's really cool.
