Where there are joints, there are "big tendons", so when people exercise, the whole human body is connected by big tendons. It is generally difficult to tell whether to use "big tendons or muscles", so it is very vague. Bodybuilders, by constantly stimulating muscles, make muscles developed and have lines, while we practice boxing, the opposite is true. Try to avoid muscle exertion, make the muscles in a relaxed state, and tighten the muscles with various resistances before they can bounce and produce faster speed and strength. A good boxer must be very familiar with his body structure, so that he can distinguish before practicing and make qualitative changes!

"Big muscles" are not easy to fatigue, can work hard for a long time, will not decline quickly, and even become more and more energetic, achieving low energy consumption and high efficiency. At the same time, frequent "bone extraction" makes the limbs extremely "hard", and at this time the muscles are relaxed, which has reached the legendary "iron in cotton" realm. Traditional boxing will also practice some heavy equipment, such as "stone locks, stone shoulders, steel ball bags ...", which is relatively heavy. It seems that you can't play without muscles. In fact, with the help of "lifting the internal organs", the weight of the body is used to counter the weight of the equipment, but it looks very leisurely. The training of instruments is also a special training method of "hanging the weight of the body on the hand", and it is the only way to combine the bones and muscles with the internal organs. Can achieve "arms like lead", the potential is heavy, fascia soaring, arms like knives, and there is a tendency to "cut the gordian knot"!
2. The relationship between "joints and tendons" is like a string of beads connected in series with rubber bands. When the bead is stretched, the tendon collapses, and when the bead is tightened, the tendon returns to its original state, but the tendon is the tendon and has been stretched all the time, so there is no problem of complete relaxation. 3. In the process of practicing "pulling tendons and pulling bones", some friends are fine, but they can't find flexibility. There are two reasons: first, the body is too loose, the muscles are loose, and the "big tendons" of the whole body are loose, just like "strings". If the string is too loose, you can't "play" and you can't send it. On the other hand, it is too tight, and the "muscle" texture of the body is relatively "hard", which is manifested in some friends deliberately training muscle blocks. The tightness changes so much that I can't adjust the muscles myself, so that the muscles always tightly wrap the joints, which can't be pulled out, and the big tendons can't be stretched out, losing the ability to collapse.
In the process of practicing "muscles and bones", we should firmly grasp the intention of "middle tightness, middle tightness and breaking in the string", and never talk about "looseness", because looseness can't pull up the big muscles, and we can't understand where the "elastic" comes from. At the same time, it is required that "muscles" cannot exert force. Is this a contradiction? Its essence is to form resistance through the "grinding" of limbs, and sew joints with the help of resistance. This is a key point, resistance rather than muscle strength. Knowing the difference can get twice the result with half the effort. When the joint is sewn open and the tendon is cracked, a slight "bang" sound can be produced. At this time, we will start to find music to play. How loud the sound is and how to play it is equivalent to finding a clue, which is the path of ascension. When the strength can come out, we must feel the toughness of "Dajin". If we find this feeling, we can turn one-sided power into multi-directional power, and we can achieve more than one situation, that is, the "spiritual power" we are pursuing!
