(1) Pinch the auricle: Put your forefinger on the inside of your ears, put your thumb behind your ear, and pinch the whole auricle 30 times.
(2) Push and knead the auricle: put the palm of your hand across the auricle, push and knead the auricle backward with even force, and push and knead the auricle forward when returning your hand. This is repeated 10~ 15 times.
(3) Beating the ancient days: also known as the ear pillow. Hold the two ear holes tightly with both hands and palms, put the rest fingers on the occipital part behind the ear, put the forefinger of both hands on the back of the middle finger, and flick the occipital part with the forefinger 10 times. Then, press your finger hard on the pillow, and the palm of your hand suddenly leaves the ear hole. When you let it go, there is a "buzzing" sound in your ear, playing 10~ 15 times in a row.
(4) After ear wiping: put the finger surface of both hands behind the ear, which is equivalent to the decompression groove of the ear point, and massage up and down until a heat sensation appears behind the ear.
Studies have proved that ear massage and drum tapping can adjust viscera, protect hearing, make auricle soft and shiny, and restore viscera function.
