What are the massage methods for women's ears?
Ears are connected with various parts of the body through meridians, which is recorded in Huangdi Neijing. Ancient health care experts put forward that "the ear should always play" as a method to strengthen the ear, which is still used by future generations to prevent and treat ear diseases. (1) Pinch the auricle: Put your forefinger on the inside of your ears, put your thumb behind your ear, and pinch the whole auricle 30 times.

(4) After ear wiping: put the finger surface of both hands behind the ear, which is equivalent to the decompression groove of the ear point, and massage up and down until a heat sensation appears behind the ear.
