1 is a family. The whole family is one of the most respected Tai Chi realms in the traditional Tai Ji Chuan family. The whole family is to keep the whole body intact at all times, regardless of one thing. Any action must have a front and a back, and there must be a left and a right. You can't just think of one aspect. How to be a family? Taijiquan has left many methods for its predecessors. First, like Zhong Ding. Whether you are sitting or standing, you should cover your whole body with your mind like a bell, so that your whole body will be full of gas. Second, internal and external integration. Traditional regimen requires full body activity. How? The main method is to have inner triad and outer triad. The inner triad requires the organic combination of God and God's spirit, while the outer triad mainly connects shoulders and hips, elbows and knees, hands and feet with ideas. I feel different when I keep thinking like this. I'll mention it again. In addition, there are three ways to combine inside and outside. Third, one body prepares five bows. The five bows of the "Five Bows in One" are: a bow on the spine, with the upper bow tip from the big spine to the occipital bone, the lower bow tip from the tail, and the arch back from the spine to the sun (the arch back is longer); A bow of the upper limb, the shoulder to the spine and hand is the tip of the bow, and the elbow joint is the back of the bow; The lower limb is the arch, the hip bone to the sacroiliac bone and the foot are the tips of the arch, and the knee joint is the back of the arch. Each bow tip is not a little, but scattered. How to achieve "one body and five bows"? The key is to change the body into five bows.
2 Internal and external integration. With the improvement of kung fu realm, the "external triad" and "internal triad" have a foundation, and they must also be integrated inside and outside. How to achieve internal and external integration? You can imagine your body as a big round balloon with a cross on it, and the horizontal and vertical lines cross each other. The cross is in the center of the circle, just like your own center. When practicing boxing, the four tips are flat, that is, the four ends of the cross line and the vertical line should be balanced. The essentials of leveling are as follows: the horizontal line of the cross marks that the shoulders are flat to ensure that the human body will not tilt; The cross vertical line is perpendicular to Baihui point and tail, which can reflect the connotation of "virtual neck" and "loose tail" The intersection of the crosshairs on the front side of the thoracic vertebra is the center of the body, which is the key point that must be paid attention to when practicing Tai Ji Chuan. The combination of internal and external needs the combination of body and internal strength, in order to give full play to Tai Ji Chuan's special functions and functions. But this combination is a difficult process, which can only be achieved through serious study and hard training.
3 scattered and empty. Some teachers say that looseness is "like a 13-story tower stacked on top of each other", while others compare looseness to "as loose as ashes". Wang Yongquan's preaching of Tai Ji Chuan's six secret methods is to practice "three balloons"-this is the secret method of directly practicing relaxation and ventilation. Regular training of three balloons will gradually lead to "breath will not stagnate the whole body", and you can feel not only your own three balloons, but even the other's three balloons (this is just a junior god). You can use these three balloons when rubbing your hands. For example, if you touch the other person's shoulder or crotch with your own balloon or your own thoughts very quickly, the other person will be bounced to a distance beyond his own strength. Of course, we are practicing three balloons now mainly for health. How to train three balloons? Use the method of "mind modeling"-create an image of three balloons with your mind-when you have the foundation, you will naturally feel it. At first, it can only be imagination (consciousness-guided consciousness circle), and then it is strengthened by Qi, and finally it naturally forms a dispersion circle of "its great nothingness and its small nothingness".
