Qi Deficiency and Body-keeping and Body-regulating Method ―― Qi Deficiency is flourishing.
"People live a breath", which is the energy of our life and the gas station of our body. People without petrol are like cars without petrol and computers without electricity.

Qi deficiency is manifested in three symptoms:

First of all, qi deficiency is manifested in the heart and lungs of the upper energizer.

People whose qi deficiency is manifested in their heart (heart qi) usually feel exhausted all over. They will have a rest if they move a little. They always feel out of breath, don't like to talk, or speak very weakly. They always feel flustered and pounding, as if their hearts are about to jump out. Always sweating, pale tongue and weak pulse.

People with qi deficiency manifested in lung (lung qi) usually have frequent colds, excessive sweating and leg weakness. Have no energy, listless, don't like to talk, and feel out of breath after a few words.

Second, qi deficiency is manifested in the spleen and stomach of middle energizer.

The typical symptom of this kind of people is that after eating, no matter how much or how little they eat, they always feel bloated and uncomfortable. The stool is not shaped and the waiting time for defecation is very long. The face looks sallow and dull, the tongue body is hypertrophy, and there are teeth marks on the side of the tongue.

Third, qi deficiency is manifested in the lower jiao kidney.

This kind of people will have dizziness, blurred vision, tinnitus, weak waist and knees, frequent nights, and poor sleep quality.

At the same time, some people with qi deficiency will have symptoms such as partial eclipse of taste, high-salt food, dizziness, poor memory and forgetfulness.

How is the constitution of qi deficiency formed?

First of all, there are congenital factors. Part of the "qi" in our body comes from nature and is given by our parents. If our parents are older when they are pregnant and their kidneys are deficient when the fetus is born, it marks the formation of qi deficiency constitution.

Second, it stems from acquired bad living habits. For example, excessive dieting to lose weight. The gas in our bodies should be supplemented by the subtle Shui Gu produced after we digest and absorb food. If protein and carbohydrate intake are insufficient and subtle substances are insufficient, qi deficiency constitution will gradually form. Or overworked by the pressure of life. Excessive fatigue is an overdraft of gas, and "fatigue leads to gas consumption". Overworking will damage our qi, and if it is exhausted, life will end.

Can you sleep every day to avoid fatigue? Neither can i. Qi can be converted into energy because it is running. Qi can function normally without physical movement. An important reason for qi deficiency is that you don't like sports. The so-called "lying down for a long time hurts your qi." Lying motionless in bed for a long time will slow down the movement of qi and slow down the speed of nutrients reaching all parts of the body, so people often say: I have slept all day, why do I still feel very tired? At the same time, if you don't exercise for a long time, the function of limbs will decline, which will also affect the function of spleen. If the function of your spleen is affected, it will naturally affect the generation of qi and blood and hurt your qi. Therefore, moderate exercise is also necessary.

Since qi deficiency will bring so many problems to health, there is qi deficiency. How should it be adjusted?

People with qi deficiency should follow the principle of health preservation: diet should be beneficial to qi and spleen, and daily life should not be overworked.

Exercise should be moderate and slow, and the mood should be optimistic.

First of all, let's look at how people with qi deficiency eat.

Spleen is the biochemical source of qi and blood, and qi is mainly transformed into qi through the continuous digestion and absorption of subtle food in Shui Gu by spleen.

Therefore, people with qi deficiency should eat more foods with the function of invigorating qi and strengthening spleen, such as white lentils, mushrooms, dates, longan, japonica rice, chicken, beef, eels, peanuts and so on. In terms of fruits, you can eat more cherries and grapes. Eat less gas-consuming foods, such as water spinach and raw radish. In addition, people with qi deficiency and lung qi deficiency can use Astragalus more. Taking astragalus regularly can avoid catching a cold. If you take it with Codonopsis pilosula, Pseudostellaria heterophylla or Ginseng, the function of invigorating qi is better.

People with qi deficiency and spleen and stomach deficiency can eat more yam appropriately. Yam contains amylase, polyphenol oxidase and other substances, which is beneficial to the digestion and absorption function of the spleen and stomach. Blindly nourishing the spleen and stomach is a dual-purpose product of medicine and food.

If you want to replenish qi, you can also eat ginseng, also known as the king of herbs, which can greatly supplement your vitality. For people with qi deficiency, whether it is eccentric lung qi deficiency, partial spleen and stomach qi deficiency or partial kidney qi deficiency, it can be selected in moderation, but it must be used correctly. Ginseng can be stewed, chewed, ground, swallowed, made into tea and soaked in wine. However, it should be noted that after eating ginseng, you should not eat radish, drink tea or use hardware cookers during processing, otherwise the function of ginseng will be damaged. And don't eat ginseng indiscriminately. Excessive and long-term use of ginseng may lead to "ginseng abuse syndrome", with insomnia, neurasthenia, tremor, hypertension, diarrhea, edema and even insanity.

If you want to replenish qi more easily, taking Chinese patent medicine is also a desirable method. People with partial lung qi deficiency, especially those who are often weak, have a low voice and often catch a cold and sweat, can choose Yupingfeng Powder. People with visceral prolapse or proctoptosis are suitable for Buzhong Yiqi Pill. People who have poor digestion and are prone to bloating; People who eat too much, that is, those who are not fat, are all spleen-stomach qi deficiency. You can choose Shen Ling Baizhu Powder or Liujunzi Pill.

(Revealed that Hu Ge himself belongs to spleen and stomach qi deficiency, and he had eaten Shen Ling Atractylodes macrocephala powder for half a year before)

People who often use excessive brain, consume qi and blood, and have qi deficiency can use Guipi Pill.

After dinner, let's see how people with qi deficiency should plan their daily lives.

People with qi deficiency should adapt to the changes of seasons in their daily life. Chinese medicine believes that the spleen likes dryness and hates dampness, and the spleen is trapped by dampness, which will make the spleen biochemical and weak in qi and blood. The humidity is the highest in long summer, hot summer and humid season. Therefore, summer should not be too greedy. Don't let the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor be too big. People of all ages and infirmities should take a bath with cold water with caution. At the same time, conform to the laws of nature, go to bed late and get up early, and take a nap at noon. In winter, people with qi deficiency should keep three warms-warm head, warm back and warm feet, and "go to bed early and get up late".

Proper exercise is also a good way to improve the constitution of qi deficiency. However, it should be noted that people with qi deficiency have insufficient energy and qi, so they can only choose some mild traditional fitness exercises, such as Tai Ji Chuan, Taiji Sword and Baduanjin, which are very suitable.

(Hu Ge has taken many detours before, and Qi deficiency is still vigorously exercising. After running for five years, he became thinner and thinner. Fortunately, he "reformed" in time. )

The amount of exercise should be small at first, and then gradually increase. Pay attention to "perseverance", choose the appropriate amount of exercise, step by step, and persevere.

Acupoint massage is also of great benefit to invigorating vitality. (Acupoint massage is slow to take effect, and it needs long-term persistence to feel the effect. ) There are many acupoints with the function of invigorating qi, and the most commonly used ones are Zhongshan, Zusanli and Yingu.

Zhongshan point is located in the chest, between the current midline, the midpoint of the connecting line between the fourth rib and the two nipples. After selecting acupoints, the patient can sit up straight or lie on his back. We can press this point 1 time with thumb or middle finger every day, each time 15 minutes, every minute 15 times. This acupoint is suitable for people who are prone to qi deficiency and heart-lung qi deficiency.

Zusanli is a big point that nourishes vitality. Its main function is to regulate the spleen and stomach, tonify the middle energizer and replenish qi. Regular massage of Zusanli can greatly replenish vitality, because Zusanli is an acupoint on the stomach meridian, so Zusanli is suitable for people with qi deficiency and spleen and stomach weakness.

Those with deficiency of qi tend to be deficient in kidney qi, and those with hyperhidrosis can choose Yingu point. Sitting or supine position, the acupoint of Yin Valley is located on the inner thigh and about 5 cm above the inner knee joint. Yingu point is one of the important points on the kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin in human body, which can not only tonify kidney and replenish qi, but also acupressure this point, and is also very effective in treating hyperhidrosis.
