Cordyceps ginseng chicken soup material:

1 chicken, 3 shallots, 5 slices of ginger, 20g of American ginseng and 20g of cordyceps sinensis, 12 red dates; Seasoning: 1-2 tbsp salt.

Method:

1. Remove viscera and excess hair from the whole chicken, wash it and blanch it with boiling water; Wash onion and cut into sections; Peel and slice ginger; American ginseng, cordyceps sinensis and red dates are all washed for use.

2. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add water until the pot cover is completely covered, boil with strong fire, then simmer 1 hour, and add salt to taste.

Note: If native chicken is more effective for health preservation, black-bone chicken is more effective for conditioning and nourishing.
