In China, there are about 290 million patients. Lack of physical activity is what we often call irregular exercise. Most of us are busy at work at ordinary times, and may often work overtime on weekdays, so we have no time to exercise. Over time, our physical function will be reduced and cardiovascular diseases will be born.

Perhaps the answer in many people's minds is yes, and in previous media reports, they will find that eating more fish oil has many benefits to their health and may have certain effects, but they will feel different after careful study. An American newspaper reported that it is not reliable to eat fish oil to prevent cardiovascular disease.

Theoretically, fish oil can protect the cardiovascular system, because it contains two kinds of rich omega-3 fatty acids, one is docosahexaenoic acid and the other is eicosapentaenoic acid, which can prevent thrombosis, anticoagulate and relieve atherosclerosis. Although fish oil has become a dietary supplement, many people often eat fish oil, but in related clinical trials, scholars have not found that fish oil can reduce heart disease and stroke.

People's worship of fish oil can be traced back to last century. In the last century, some scientists found in Greenland that people living here seldom suffer from cardiovascular diseases, probably because they often eat fish in the surrounding waters. However, later scholars found that the reason for their low cardiovascular disease may not be determined by this aspect, but it may be because human genes or living environment are playing a role, but the composition of fish oil is exaggerated, resulting in the phenomenon that the market is in short supply.

If eating fish oil can reduce cardiovascular diseases, it is better to eat more fish. Fish oil has a fishy smell, and most people can't accept the smell of fish oil. Many people are very repulsive, but what if they eat a lot of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids? You can eat more fish or other foods. Their omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid content is not lower than fish oil, and they taste good.

Since we talk about fish, we should also talk about diet. We divide nuts, fruits, milk and beans into four categories and tell you which foods in these three categories are good for our health.

(4) Nuts, friends who can't stop eating snacks can see that nuts contain omega-3 fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids that are not lost to fish oil. Eating more can reduce the inflammatory reaction of coronary artery, and it is enough to eat one every day, but if it exceeds the degree, it is not good for your health.
