The second method is to massage the top of the head. Sit on the bed, close your eyes and rub your hands to generate heat. Then, quickly cover the palm of your right hand on the top of your head and massage clockwise. Hold the back skull with your left hand at the same time. I feel that my palms are not so hot. Rub them again to generate heat, and then massage my head. Repeat it several times. The whole massage time is about 8 minutes. You will feel sleepy unconsciously when you massage.
