Efficacy and anti-gout effect of Shā rotto Katakuri
Colchicine (Col) is the only effective anti-inflammatory drug for gouty arthritis, which has a particularly significant therapeutic effect on acute gout attack and is also an effective preventive drug. Col has selective inhibitory effect on acute gouty arthritis, but it has only occasional curative effect on other arthritis.

Accessories: sesame 10g, egg white 80g.

Exercise:
(1) Shā rotto Katakuri peeled and cut into pieces.
(2) Add proper amount of dry starch and water into the egg white to make paste, thicken arrowhead into the paste, and then dip dry starch one by one for later use.
(3) Fry the Shā rotto Katakuri pieces in the oil pan until golden brown, take them out with a colander, and keep warm with low fire.
(4) Add a small amount of oil, sugar and clear water into another clean pot, and cook with low fire until the sugar water is about to be taken out, then quickly put the arrow into the original heat-preservation oil pot for re-frying, then scoop it up with a colander, pour it into the pot where the sugar water is boiled, stir quickly, sprinkle sesame seeds evenly while stirring, and then put it into the oiled plate.

Ingredients: beef (fat and thin) 250g, Shā rotto Katakuri100g.
Accessories: 50 grams of chestnuts (fresh)
Seasoning: green onion 10g, ginger 5g, cooking wine 5g, soy sauce 5g, salt 2g, sugar 5g, peanut oil 10g.
Exercise:
(1) Peel and wash chestnuts and Shā rotto Katakuri, cut into pieces, soak Shā rotto Katakuri pieces in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, and then take them out.
(2) Wash the beef, cut it into pieces, put it in an iron pot with 10g fresh orange peel, add water and cook it together, and take it out when the beef is almost cooked.
(3) Add a little peanut oil to another pot, stir-fry the beef, Shā rotto Katakuri, chestnut and Jiang Mo together, then add a proper amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar and soup, and cook until the meat is crisp.
