1. Wash the stinky leaves, then crush them with clean hands or a soymilk machine, and then filter the leaves with gauze. The filtered leaf pulp is the raw material of leaf tofu.
2. Put the leaf pulp into a clean basin, sprinkle a small amount of gypsum into the pulp evenly, and stir evenly.
3. Add prepared honey and watermelon juice according to your own taste. Don't add honey and watermelon juice if you don't like sweets or diabetics. Stir well after adding. Wait ten minutes.
After ten minutes, the leaves and tofu naturally take shape. You can cut it into pieces, eat it, or put it in the refrigerator, which is more delicious after refrigeration.
Matters needing attention
If there is too much water, tofu with leaves will not have the three-dimensional shape of tofu brain.
The leaves must be fresh. If it takes a long time, the fiber glue will decompose and solid tofu will not be made.
Be careful not to worry when eating, and avoid clogging your throat like jelly.
