Xi An Haitang Vocational College, formerly known as Shaanxi Haitang Traditional Chinese Medicine Beauty Training College, was founded on 1996 and renamed Shaanxi Haitang Aesthetics College on 1999. In 2004, with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to a full-time private higher vocational college and renamed xi 'an Haitang Vocational College.
