There are some points on these meridians where energy enters and exits, just like checkpoints. There are 365 such acupoints, which are our 365 acupoints.
Chinese medicine practitioners who know this well can use these acupoints to stimulate specific acupoints on specific days and at specific times to influence the circulation of qi and blood and the energy level of the human body.
Then we ordinary people can't remember so many acupoints, so there is no way to keep in good health? That's not true.
Meridians are channels through which qi and energy flow. If the organ function is abnormal, or the meridians are blocked, the vicinity of acupoints will be blocked, resulting in abnormal pain or complete numbness. Let's first understand this simple and clear principle.
Then remember that "it is better to lose its point than its experience", that is to say,
We just need to know the approximate location of the meridians!
For example, the pericardium meridian is in the middle of the inner side of our arm and connected with the heart. If we are uncomfortable, short of breath, short of breath, flustered, abnormal heartbeat, poor sleep at night, etc., we can press the pericardium meridian without considering any acupoints.
Press the center of the inner side of the arm from top to bottom, press it until it doesn't hurt when it hits a particularly painful point, and press it until it hurts slightly when it hits a numb part. In this way, heart discomfort can be alleviated or even eliminated immediately.
This method applies to all organs of the body. If you press along the meridians every day, your body will get better and better!
Teacher Chen Yuqin introduced this method in detail in Jingjing acupressure therapy, and it was also introduced in Teacher Wu Qingzhong's Manual for the Use of Human Body. You can buy books and read them carefully if you are interested.
I use this method to recuperate my chronic nephritis, and I also share this method with many people, which is particularly useful!
When you learn it, you should practice it. Welcome to leave a message for feedback!
