Experts say, scholars say, doctors say, and Zen masters say. ...

Talk about moving, talking about quietness, talking about vegetarianism, drinking water, clapping your hands, soaking your feet, meditating, boxing, swimming, climbing mountains, giving up drinking and smoking. ...

Sounds like the more you live, the less you will live?

May I ask, these missionaries, do they live long? Who has done the life expectancy statistics of these people? Famous health experts, nutritionists, tea ceremony Zen masters, Tai Chi masters, yoga instructors, athletes … I'm afraid their own practices and theories may not be unified.

Longevity, good weather, good land, good water, good people, such luxury, can you be independent? The factors of longevity such as heredity, habit, personality and mentality are so complicated, can they be optimized?

Material enjoyment is endless. Spiritual enjoyment is varied. The stability of the soul is ethereal and helpless.

How quick and shocking nature's revenge is. Living and working in peace and contentment, it seems that I have arrived and suddenly left!

The old saying of resignation is out of date. So now, where is the secret of longevity?

Why don't you ask the old farmer in the mountain village? They don't know how to keep in good health, they just want to make a living; Do not know fitness, only love labor; Don't know how to relax, just get used to sleeping; Do not know nutrition and fitness, flexible waist and legs; I don't know how to travel, but outside the door is nature. ...

Life is the unity of quality and quantity. Quality first, quantity is not the only pursuit in life.

The premise of longevity is to take care of yourself and not disturb others. Otherwise, as Confucius said, longevity is humiliating. "Humiliation" means loss of dignity.

What is the responsibility? It is the greatest responsibility not to drag down children when you are old. As children, there is nothing that you don't want your parents to be happy and healthy. It is more important to reassure children than to give them any material conditions and financial help! Buddha said: The more parents give their children, the less blessings they get. I don't know how many parents are enlightened!

Grow old gracefully, that is the realm of culture; Growing old with dignity is the support of materialization. The connotation of the two is too particular. I think it's better to grow old calmly.

Therefore, if you really want to live these years well, you really have to do a good calculation to leave as few regrets as possible. So we should do a few things:

1. Don't hesitate to go to places you haven't been to but really want to see. The reason is very simple, not because the mountains are high, but because my legs and feet are not enough, which will soon trip me up.
