1. Find the power switch of the normal temperature kettle and turn the switch to the "off" position.

2. Find the sound adjustment button, usually the volume adjustment knob, and turn the knob to the lowest volume.

3. If the normal temperature pot has a mute mode, you can press the mute button or repeatedly press the "Drop" button to switch different sound modes until you find the mute mode.
