Move your body (walk, exercise) for 20 minutes or more.
Walk a dog or pet an animal.
Ask someone for a hug every day.
Call an old friend or relative.
Spend 30 minutes every day doing a hobby you like and find relaxation from it.
Buy something new (even something small, such as a new type of coffee. )
