How to make fresh tea from litchi?

The first step is to make tea ~ I put the tea into a tea bag, using purple bamboo shoot tea bought from Yixing in spring, which is considered green tea. It is more convenient to drink. Just soak in cold water or warm water, depending on your personal preference. If it is cold water, it will taste sweeter. If it is warm water, it is best to wait until the tea is cold before proceeding to the next step.

Litchi is peeled, pitted, peeled and cut into small pieces, otherwise it is not easy to bubble out the flavor. Be careful not to waste the juice of litchi, you can put it in one pot ~ My suggestion is to prepare two pots, so put the peeled litchi in an empty pot and pour the tea soup from the previous step. Experience tells me that litchi is easy to soak out like this.

This last step is accumulation. If your litchi is too sweet, or you like it, you can add a few drops of lemon juice, just two or three drops! Otherwise the taste will be robbed by lemon juice! Then put it in the refrigerator and you can drink it in two or three hours! It's really comfortable to drink in summer ~
