Some feelings about traditional Chinese medicine
Not long ago, I attended the centennial banquet of my cousin's son. Because of the epidemic and other reasons, relatives who haven't seen each other for a long time finally got together, as if the centennial banquet was a family gathering.

During the dinner, my brother-in-law took the initiative. He is 50 years old now. He is much thinner than before, but he is full of energy. He said that he benefited from "standing piles".

He also talked about some common sense about traditional Chinese medicine in Kan Kan. Only my niece is under the age of twenty, and my second child is me. It can be said that the average age of a table is over sixty.

So at the party, as a junior, I didn't say much about my health care experience, but the fact tells me that I should start learning health care early, which is definitely a good thing.

Then tell me about my superficial understanding of Chinese medicine.

Growing up, whenever I was sick, my mother would always find me some Chinese medicine to eat, or get some simple medicated diet that she was familiar with. In her cognition, Chinese medicine gave me a treatment that didn't hurt my body, even if there was no immediate effect, it wouldn't bring sequelae. I have always believed in Chinese medicine, so I can say that I prefer it.

From 18, my body can't bear the burden of work, and it goes wrong from time to time. But in order not to affect my work, I have to have an intravenous drip or an operation. This is immediate treatment.

Although the illness can be relieved soon, the body is getting weaker and weaker, and it is often a little sick. It is embarrassing not to have an intravenous drip.

/kloc-in 0/9, the epidemic came. I gave up many job opportunities and slowed down the whole person to focus on health care, from food supplement to fitness, nourishing the heart to fitness. To tell you the truth, I don't remember if I have been sick in recent years, but at least it's not serious enough to need to take medicine and injections.

Afraid of cold stomach, I insisted on soaking ginger in vinegar for two months in summer. My whole stomach is warm and my metabolism is normal. Sometimes cough and pharyngitis are committed, so I buy Siraitia grosvenorii and soak it in water for two days, and it will be fine soon. Cook jujube and medlar when you can't sleep well …

At that time, the knee was not well, and the old injury for many years became more and more serious. And it often hurts after minimally invasive surgery.

In my impression, Chinese medicine basically means that any pain can be hot compressed, such as dysmenorrhea, stomach pain, shoulder and neck pain, joint pain … really, as long as it is hot compressed, it will be relieved.

When I came into contact with moxibustion, I found that I really fell in love with this traditional Chinese medicine health treatment method. Moxibustion is not only as simple as hot compress, but also has therapeutic effect on the body after moxibustion is used at many acupoints.

At first, I went to the moxibustion hall for treatment, which was really professional, but the cost was also extremely high, with a course of several thousand. After two courses of treatment, I felt really well, so I bought the best moxibustion online, saying it was really good and cheap, and then I began to learn moxibustion.

After frequent moxibustion, my most obvious improvement is that my gynecology is better, my sleep quality is higher, my stomach is better, and I really don't like catching a cold, and I don't get angry much.

Let me share some key points of my frequent moxibustion:

1, Shenque point: It has the effects of harmonizing yin and yang, supporting yang, strengthening body and prolonging life, and has been the key point of health care since ancient times.

2. Sanyinjiao: Sanyinjiao is the intersection of liver, spleen and kidney. Regular moxibustion at Sanyinjiao can regulate the liver, spleen and kidney, and prevent dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation. It can also relieve menopausal symptoms, especially suitable for middle-aged women with insufficient blood and weak spleen and stomach.

3, Guanyuan point: Guanyuan point, also known as Dantian, is where the vitality lies. Regular moxibustion at Guanyuan point can benefit the true yuan, nourish the kidney and qi, regulate qi and blood, and restore yang to consolidate the foundation. It can be combined with Sanyinjiao to prevent gynecological diseases such as dysmenorrhea.

4. Zusanli: As the old saying goes, "If you want to be safe, Li San often doesn't do it." In other words, if you want to be healthy, you must always moxibustion Zusanli. Moxibustion on Zusanli, also known as longevity moxibustion, is the most commonly used health-preserving method, which has the functions of strengthening the spleen and regulating the stomach, nourishing qi and blood, expelling evil spirits and preventing diseases, and is more suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with weak constitution and weak yang.

5, Yongquan point: As the saying goes: "If the old man is safe, Yongquan point will always be warm." Frequent moxibustion at Yongquan point can consolidate Yuanyang and dispel cold and dampness. Moxibustion at Yongquan point is especially suitable for the elderly and those with yin deficiency and hyperactivity of yang. Moxibustion at Yongquan point before going to bed can also improve sleep.

6. Dazhui point: Moxibustion at Dazhui point can relieve exterior syndrome, clear the brain and soothe the nerves, strengthen yang and strengthen the body, and improve immunity, especially suitable for people with exogenous diseases and weak constitution.

There are also some moxibustion methods for joints. Of course, to be honest, joints are really consumables, and tears of meniscus and ligament are absolutely irreversible. It is really impossible to restore them, but moxibustion can really relieve the pain after moxibustion.

In the future, I will do some other learning methods of knee joint, such as strengthening muscle exercise and some correction and recovery. I just hope they get older slowly.

Moxibustion is only the tip of the iceberg in the field of Chinese medicine, but even so, I have benefited a lot. So I hope that middle-aged people like me can learn more about their bodies in their spare time, learn more about traditional Chinese medicine and maintain their bodies in a way that suits them.

"Health preservation" is only useful when we are young and not old, in order to delay aging, try not to be troubled by diseases and spend the rest of our lives with high quality.

Here, I wish all those who know how to care for their health a long and healthy life and happiness! ~
