Academician Liu Zhonghua's research on tea and health is basically top-notch. He said in the study of Fu's tea golden flower:
"Fuzha Jinhua can separate effective substances such as β 1 and β2, but the combination effect is the best."
In fact, tea research can do many interesting things, such as:
1. During the period of door-to-door isolation, the "new favorites" of China families in flour, cold rice noodles, fried dough sticks, Lamian Noodles and steamed stuffed bun hornet's nest were constantly stabbed. No one expected that after staying at home for so long, the tea inventory at home was almost clear. Or the tea you like to drink has long been finished, leaving a group of tea you don't like but can't drink forever. It is a better choice to make cakes and ferment them into black tea.
2. China Tea Society issued epidemic prevention guidelines. I asked a question, whether disinfection with 84 disinfectant in the processing workshop will cause the odor of semi-finished tea products. Later, China Tea Circulation Association issued a group standard, which made detailed provisions on ventilation. If it is really like the research results of Zhejiang CDC, we can consider using stronger tea soup to kill public places, and the taste is acceptable, not to mention the cross-taste influence.
2. frontline medical workers are too tired to put on protective clothing, take off their bodies and relax. Can researchers invent drinking tea through straws, similar to those used by astronauts in space, and wear protective clothing without taking off their masks when drinking? Hot tea can not only relieve fatigue, but also improve work efficiency.
3. Self-heating hot pot technology is very mature. Can researchers supply a self-heating tea drinking device to outdoor mobile duty personnel, such as traffic police and construction workers?
Drinking tea in the car is bound to be a trend. Since when is it more than just an ornament? Can you solve the problem of water circulation first, or how to deal with the water in the warm cup?
5. The tea mask was invented. Dry tea leaves are placed in the interlayer of the mask. Wearing it, the tea leaves are wet by the breath, and the useful substances in the tea leaves are leached out, thus achieving the purpose of disinfection.
6. Wuhan air-raid shelter is a pioneering work in an extraordinary period. Can researchers supply a truly unattended automatic non-contact tea maker to the shelter, so that every medical staff and patient can drink hot tea safely and conveniently?
7. During the epidemic, some people, out of desperation, lived in the streets of expressway and the city, providing convenient tea service for the floating population and the homeless. No matter what happens, is it more humane to drink hot soup?
Drink tea for health care if you are not sick, and go to the hospital if you are sick.
