I. Recruitment Principles and Methods
The recruitment work adheres to the principles of openness, equality and merit-based, and adopts the methods of examination, assessment and merit-based recruitment.
Second, recruitment places and positions
Some medical and health units directly under the Municipal Health Bureau openly recruit 55 staff members for the society. Third, the application conditions
1, has the nationality of China people, enjoys the political rights of citizens, supports the leadership of China * * * Production Party, loves socialism, abides by the law, has good conduct, and has good medical ethics and professionalism;
2. The applicant should have a full-time undergraduate degree or above;

4. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post.
Four. Methods and steps of recruitment
1, Registration and Qualification Examination
(1) Registration time: 20 1 1 year1October 10/October 28th, from 8: 30am to 2: 00pm.
(2) Registration place: Political Department on the second floor of Lianyungang Municipal Health Bureau (Cangwu Road 12, Xinpu District, Lianyungang City).
(3) Registration method: Each applicant is limited to one position.
Applicants download and fill in the Application Form for Public Recruiters in Institutions Directly under Lianyungang Health Bureau (wsj.lyg.gov.cn) website in duplicate, and bring the application form to the relevant departments of the recruiting unit for preliminary qualification examination within the specified time. Those who pass the preliminary examination shall go through the formal registration formalities at the Political Department of Lianyungang Municipal Health Bureau after signing the opinions by the recruiting unit. Applicants are required to provide their resumes, ID cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates, qualification certificates required for the corresponding positions, work certificates of the places where the files are stored, originals and photocopies of the relevant certificates approved by the unit, and two recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos.
(4) Registration fee: written examination fee 100 yuan/person, interview fee for candidates who participate in the interview according to regulations 100 yuan/person. Candidates from urban families who enjoy the minimum living allowance and those from absolutely poor families in rural areas are exempt from registration fees. Urban family applicants who enjoy the national minimum living guarantee should provide the original and photocopy of the minimum living guarantee certificate and the minimum living guarantee certificate issued by the county and district civil affairs departments where the family is located; Applicants from rural absolutely poor families provide the poverty certificate issued by the poverty alleviation department of the county where the family is located and the original and photocopy of the basic information file card of poor families.
(5) If the number of applicants can't meet the requirement of 3: 1 for the position to be recruited, the number of candidates to be recruited for the position shall be reduced accordingly until the position recruitment is cancelled, and the applicants shall be informed in time to change to other positions that meet the registration requirements or cancel the registration. For a small number of professional and technical posts that fail to meet the requirements of 3: 1 examination ratio due to special majors, the Municipal Health Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau may decide whether to open the examination according to the actual situation.
Step 2 check
This open recruitment examination adopts a combination of written examination, practical skills examination (only for medical and health professional and technical posts) and interview.
(1) written test: organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Municipal Health Bureau. Total score 100. The examination content is mainly based on the knowledge and skills related to the professional requirements of the post to be recruited, and there is no outline and teaching materials.

After the written examination, according to the individual's willingness to register, according to the recruitment position index 1:3, the shortlisted candidates will be determined from high score to low score, and the shortlisted candidates will participate in the practical skills examination and interview. The list, time and place of specific personnel shall be notified by the Political Department of the Municipal Health Bureau and published on Lianyungang Talent Network (www.lygrc.com, Lianyungang Health Bureau website (wsj.lyg.gov.cn)). (2) Practical Skills Examination: Examining the candidates' qualifications before the examination. Candidates should provide ID cards, diplomas, degree certificates and other related originals according to the requirements of recruitment positions during qualification review. Those who do not meet the job requirements stipulated in the recruitment announcement, do not fill in the registration form truthfully, do not provide valid certificates, or practice fraud will be disqualified from the examination.
(3) Interview: The interview is structured, and the interview content mainly examines the candidates' comprehensive analysis, logical thinking, language expression, improvisation and ability to solve practical problems. Candidates must arrive at the interview room on time and conduct interviews in order.
(4) Score calculation: The total score of the test is calculated according to the percentage system, of which 30% is written, 30% is practical skill test and 40% is interview. 1:3 ratio of practical skills examination and interview has no qualified line; If the ratio is less than 1: 3, the qualified line of interview results is set at 60 points; Other positions (Chinese, secretarial, accounting, computer) accounted for 40% in written examination, 60% in interview, and the interviewer had no qualified line, with a ratio of1:3; If the ratio is less than 1: 3, the qualified line of interview results is set to 60 points. If the total scores are tied, they will be sorted from high to low according to the interview results. (5) Performance requirements of the Municipal Maternal and Child Health Hospital: the written test score of the registration post reaches 60 or above, the interview and skill test score reaches 70 or above, and the total score reaches 70 or above.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) physical examination
After the interview, according to the total score of candidates from high to low, the physical examination object is determined according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1. The physical examination is organized by each recruitment unit, and the candidates pay their own expenses. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). When there is a vacancy due to unqualified medical examination, the total score will be replenished from high to low.
Investigation of intransitive verbs and employment
Those who pass the physical examination are determined as candidates to be hired, and the employing unit is responsible for conducting a comprehensive inspection before employment. The investigation was conducted by consulting files and listening to the opinions of the work unit, mainly to investigate the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, professional level, management ability, work performance and law-abiding situation. The list of qualified personnel to be employed shall be reported to the Municipal Health Bureau and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval, and publicized to the public on the websites of Lianyungang Talent (www.lygrc.com) and Lianyungang Health Bureau (wsj.lyg.gov.cn) for 7 days. After the publicity, if there is no objection, the proposed employee shall sign an employment agreement with the recruiting unit, and go through the employment procedures within the specified time, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. If the proposed employee fails to sign the agreement on time, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment. Vacancies due to unqualified assessment or voluntary abandonment by recruiters may be filled in turn.
