Wynn Plaza in Shishan has just opened such a healthy restaurant, which should be called "Dingshan Organic Healthy Restaurant". I have been there once, and the raw materials in it are all real pure green food (organic food), and there is a nutritionist to guide the meal. It's really healthy, but it's located by the river and it's hard to find.
