What does beriberi lack? I don't know what to use.
There are three kinds of beriberi: blister type, thickening type and erosion type. Different drugs should be prepared according to different types of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath, and the specific types and prescriptions are as follows:

Blister beriberi

Symptoms: small blisters with full wall thickness, some of which can be fused into bullae, and the blister liquid is transparent without redness and swelling around.

Polygonatum sibiricum specializes in treating tinea pedis, and the combination of oxymatrine and Fructus Cnidii can enhance the efficacy of sterilization and itching relief.

Thickened beriberi

Eight points for attention in soaking feet

1, the time should not be too long, and it is best to control it in 15-20 minutes.

If the time is too long, the local blood circulation in the foot is too fast for a long time, and the blood in the body will flow more to the lower limbs, resulting in cardiovascular overload.

2. The water temperature should not be too high

The best water temperature for soaking feet is below 50℃, which requires hot but not scalding. Feel the water temperature with your feet instead of your hands. If the water temperature is too high, the blood vessels on the feet will easily expand excessively, and the blood in the body will flow more to the lower limbs, which will easily lead to insufficient blood supply to important organs such as the heart, brain and kidney, which is not good for the body.

It is not advisable to soak your feet within half an hour after a meal.

Soaking feet immediately after meals will affect the blood supply to the stomach, which will lead to malnutrition in the long run.

4. You can't sleep immediately after soaking your feet.

Rub your feet when your feet are hot, and wear socks to keep warm in time. It is best to go to bed after the whole body heat gradually decreases.

5. Choose the right foot bath bucket

It is best to soak your feet in a deep wooden bucket or a porcelain basin with a large bottom area, so that your feet can be comfortably laid flat, and it is best to let the water soak all the way to your calves. The water temperature is about 40 degrees Celsius, so hot water should be replenished at any time.

If the bath tub is not thoroughly cleaned or the tub wall is not treated with anti-bacteria, the bacteria on the feet can easily remain in the tub wall, causing repeated infections on the feet. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right foot bath bucket.

6, water should have a certain degree of heat, with 40 ~ 50 degrees Celsius is appropriate.

The temperature of soaking feet should be at the level that feet can bear, so as to stimulate acupoints, cure diseases, preserve health and strengthen the body.

7. The amount of water should not be too small.

The amount of water should generally be above the ankle joint. The appropriate soaking time is 5~ 10 minute.

8. Don't soak your feet while reading or watching TV.

Reading and watching TV while soaking feet can easily achieve the effect of "getting burned"
