Department of Basic

The basic department was founded in the mid-1980s, and after more than 20 years of continuous development, it has become the basic education of the college.

The basic department has 12 teaching and research section, which undertakes 47 public courses, basic courses of Chinese medicine and western medicine. There are four master's degree authorization points: basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical basis of traditional Chinese medicine, literature of medical history of traditional Chinese medicine and basis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Three teaching laboratories have passed the qualification evaluation of "double-base" laboratories in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province, and three scientific research laboratories are first-class and second-class laboratories of Guizhou Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine, basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, physiology, synopsis of golden chamber, pharmacology and other courses are "excellent courses" in Guizhou Province.
