1. Go to the industrial and commercial department to handle the Notice of Name Pre-approval, which is to determine the name of your foot bath shop.

2. Go to the local county-level or district-level health department to apply for the health permit, and go to the fire department to apply for the fire inspection qualified opinions (when necessary).

Step 2: After obtaining the certificate, go to the industrial and commercial department to apply for a business license. The required materials include: proof and copy of the property right of the business premises, if it is leased, the lease contract and copy, ID card and copy, photo of the certificate, and copy of the certificate listed in point 2.

4. Go to the local tax and national tax authorities for tax registration certificate within 30 days after obtaining the business license.
