Today's soup: Hericium erinaceus, Chinese yam and abalone soup

Ingredients: Chinese yam, Hericium erinaceus, Lentinus edodes, longan and dried abalone.

Add dried abalone today. The key to this soup is the soaking of dried abalone. Abalone is dry-cleaned in the morning, soaked in cold water, changed in the middle, and put in the refrigerator at noon to continue soaking. I've been soaking my hair for nearly ten hours, which should be almost enough. I boiled it in water for more than ten minutes, fished it out, soaked it in cold water, cut off the inedible parts such as abalone intestines, and scrubbed it repeatedly with a clean toothbrush for later use.

Soak other ingredients in clean water for half an hour, soak Hericium erinaceus in warm water alone, squeeze and wash repeatedly, remove yellow water, and wash repeatedly for three or four times until the water becomes clear.

All the ingredients are ready, put them in a purple casserole, add 600ml of water and set the soup for two hours.

Abalone soup is rich in high-quality protein and trace elements, which can not only strengthen physique and maintain bone density, but also promote blood cell production, nourish liver and kidney, improve intelligence and brain, improve memory, regulate blood lipid and protect cardiovascular system.

Hericium erinaceus and abalone soup can regulate blood pressure, supplement protein and nutrients needed by human body, accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis, and regulate digestion and absorption function of human body, thus effectively treating constipation and other symptoms.

Drinking a bowl of abalone soup in autumn and winter is simply the best in the world.
