I have been practicing Tai Chi 15 years, and my master's teaching and personal experience in those years are for reference only:

1. Kicking: forward kicking, side kicking and lotus throwing, both legs should be practiced, about 15 minutes; Just look at the sweat;

2. leg press: After kicking, rest while leg press, with positive lateral pressure, about 15 minutes;

3. Standing piles: generally infinite, Sun Shi is three-body; If it is Sun Shi, you need to go to five elements boxing before;

The above time, personal control and gradual progress can achieve the effect of strengthening the body.
