Among them, if the production facilities and green isolation belts occupy cultivated land, a guarantee letter for re-cultivation shall be signed. If the original site cannot be restored, the cultivated land shall be supplemented separately according to law; Where the land for ancillary facilities involves the occupation of agricultural land, the approval procedures for the conversion of agricultural land shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed examination and approval authority and requirements.
(IV) Land for large-scale livestock and poultry breeding shall be obtained by legal means such as leasing and subcontracting in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Rural Land Contract Law and the Land Management Law, so as to earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of land owners and original users. County-level land and resources management departments shall, after completing the relevant procedures for large-scale livestock and poultry breeding land, do a good job in land change investigation and registration in time. If it is really necessary to occupy large-scale livestock and poultry breeding land due to construction, it shall re-implement new breeding land according to the planning layout and the requirements of breeding enterprises or individuals, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of breeding enterprises and individuals according to law.
