Cheng Kai's theory of health preservation: a group of "acupoints" to prevent and treat chronic pharyngitis
For chronic pharyngitis, I recommend a classic prescription, which consists of a pair of acupoints.

Speaking of chronic pharyngitis, I am deeply disturbed by it, because I also have chronic pharyngitis. I am a professional teacher. Why did I get chronic pharyngitis? When I graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, two teachers retired, and I undertook many undergraduate courses. I probably remember teaching 300 hours a semester. Of course, it was a very good exercise, which basically made me remember this book at the same time.

So I laid a solid foundation, but it also caused me some troubles, which means I am not good at protecting my throat. As a result, my throat became acute edema. After being cured, I stayed with chronic pharyngitis. Every autumn, I often get chronic pharyngitis. But now that I have cured myself, I have no such embarrassing situation to talk about. Now I give lectures to students continuously, basically for four hours, and there is no problem in speaking for three hours and four hours, but I believe many friends may have similar experiences with me, but they have not solved their problems well.

When practicing breathing, it is best not to speak from the throat, not only from the chest, but also through abdominal pressure to adjust breathing and voice. In fact, truth represents the relationship between lung and spleen, abdominal cavity and chest cavity. The function of diaphragm is very important. Exercise your diaphragm can help you have a good breathing function.

Teach you a pair of particularly effective acupoints to solve problems, and I also benefit from this. What were these acupoints called in ancient China? Eight-pulse intersection point. The intersection of eight veins is eight points, so it is very wise to solve some problems in pairs. Where is it? Because a part has a symptom and a problem, it causes different pathogenesis.

Many friends are troubled when using these health-preserving methods, saying that my method is simple, but I can't tell why others use it effectively and I use it ineffectively. In fact, you should listen carefully, just like I went to give a popular science lecture. Although I introduced you to a simple method, I actually spent a long time in front of you to introduce you to the reasons for this problem, as well as the related symptoms and the principle of discrimination. It's called diagnosis. Only when you have a clear idea of the type of score, will you choose the appropriate method. Even if I stay in Tik Tok for a minute, I will try my best to make this diagnosis clear and under what circumstances it will be effective. So why do people say that I used the method and thought it was really effective? I made it clear on my behalf.

Learning to diagnose is the most difficult in the whole study of Chinese medicine, and of course it is also the most difficult in the process of health preservation. So there is a symptom in one part, which may be caused by different reasons. Of course, we should choose different treatment methods and acupoints.

Take chronic pharyngitis as an example. When chronic pharyngitis occurs, the two parts will have the same effect. Although it is chronic pharyngitis, it is an acute attack. So there is a basis and standard, which represents the root of the disease and the main part of the root of the disease, and the root of the disease is in the throat. If the throat is divided, there is a nasopharyngeal area after the nasal cavity enters, an oropharyngeal area after the oral cavity enters, and a laryngopharynx area also exists in the throat. The laryngopharynx is just divided into two parts, one in front and the other in the back. The front part is connected with the airway, and the back part is the nasopharyngeal area after the esophagus comes up.

Therefore, the two regions are actually different in the management of meridians. For example, in the front of the throat, when some exogenous symptoms appear, the upper respiratory tract and lower oral cavity are prone to sore throat, often accompanied by expectoration, which represents the acute manifestations of excessive phlegm and yellow phlegm. But even if it is chronic pharyngitis, there will be some expectoration locally, but the part that communicates with the nasopharynx at the back is different, and the sputum is often less, dry and itchy. Where is the home front? You can speak with me, which is a positioning of this part in meridian theory. It is located by sound and called "line", "mulberry" and "mulberry". The sound comes from the back wall of the nasal cavity, so that part is often dry and itchy. Therefore, it is different whether the symptoms of chronic pharyngitis are biased towards the lungs or the kidneys related to them. Because the front is the management of lung meridian of hand Taiyin, and the back is the management of kidney meridian of foot Shaoyin.

Then these two parts are different. The former is mainly phlegm and sore throat. The back is mainly dry and itchy, especially on the back wall of nasal cavity, so the connection between these two meridians is different. However, the connecting parts of these two meridians are interlinked. When the symptoms are put together, it is difficult to tell whether they are symptoms or symptoms, with or without phlegm. Symptoms are often mixed together, and I always feel that my throat is dry and itchy, but there is phlegm, not so much phlegm. This is a symptom of chronic pharyngitis, which leads to lung and spleen diseases.

So what should we do at this time? Shows the wisdom of the people of China. I'll give you two acupoints. One point solves the problem of Taiyin hand lung meridian, which represents the problem before larynx. A solution to the upper back problem. One in the front and one in the back. The whole airway and throat area can be managed by two acupoints. One is the lung meridian of the hand Taiyin, and the other is the kidney of foot yin deficiency.

So where should the acupoints of these two meridians be chosen? The ancients recommended two very interesting acupoints, one is Legqog, the gap of Legqog, and it is the collateral point of the lung meridian of the Taiyin hand. To do acupoint selection, open the jaw of the hand, straighten the two jaws relative to the wrist, put the index finger on the wrist side and point down. You will feel that there is a gap formed by tendon here, which represents Legqog, so rub it here.

The second point is the point of the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin, called Zhao Hai, which is about 0.4 inch below the highest point of the medial malleolus. All the missing points of Zhao Hai point are point kneading.

According to the position of the sea, it is close to the ankle joint, the column is close to the wrist joint, and the vicinity of the wrist joint corresponds to the throat area. Do a simple action, such as raising your hand. Fist represents the head, forearm represents the chest, and wrist represents the neck and throat. The corresponding feet, ankles and calves also have similar functional positioning characteristics.

Try rubbing acupoints, list the missing acupoints, and take photos on the sea for three minutes each. Do you still feel dry and itchy? Is there much body fluid secreted in the mouth? Two acupoints, nourishing yin and moistening dryness, treat your chronic pharyngitis!
