Frog skill is a famous stunt of Ouyang Feng, a western poison, which was later passed on to his adopted son Yang Guo. In The Legend of the Condor Heroes, Ouyang Feng is juxtaposed with Huang's Yu Di's swordsmanship, flicking his fingers and Hong Qigong's Eighteen Palm Dragons.

Let Kung Fu be an advanced martial art combining internal and external skills. The muscles of arms, legs and abdomen have to be practiced, as strong as iron, and it takes luck and strength. It is a kind of kung fu with static braking.
However, these martial arts are not what we want to learn. What we want to introduce to you is a simple health preserving skill, which originated from Taoism and is called "fetal breathing" or "internal breathing", commonly known as "bulging belly". A more vivid name is frog palace.
So, how can we practice this "frog technique"?
First, the basic points are as follows:
1, lying flat on the bed, yoga mat, or other soft and comfortable mats;
2. Take a half breath with your nose and stop;
3. Let this half breath run up and down in the abdominal cavity;
4. You can also sit in a chair, beside the bed, etc. , straighten your back and repeat items 2 and 3;
5. During the ups and downs, the nose and mouth are in a state of not breathing or sucking until they need to exhale;
6. Slowly adjust your breathing with your nose, about 2 to 4 times;
7. Then start the next group. Each group can reach more than 30 times as the standard, and there is no upper limit;
8. Number of exercises:
Initial stage: it is best to have 5~8 groups (once before getting up in the morning and once before going to bed at night, so the total number of groups in one day is 10~ 16), and the next group in each group should be as many as possible;
Mid-term: after getting used to it, it can be increased to 10~30 groups every day;
Late stage: after about 1~2 years, it can be increased to more than 40 groups per day.
Second, some typical reactions and phenomena in practice:
I have practiced by myself for nearly five years, totaling more than 8 million times. In this process, I have some physical reactions, feelings and feelings to share with you. 1, abdominal pain:
After a long time, there will be abdominal pain for a few days. During this period, a few groups decreased slightly, and after the pain period, they entered the adaptive comfort period;

After shaking for a period of time, the qi of the whole body spreads to the whole body, the pores gradually open, and the hands and feet tingle from time to time. The internal movement of internal organs begins to adjust and repair, so there will be fatigue and drowsiness. In this case, follow the trend and let yourself sleep more and rest more;
3. The head air pressure is increased, the intraocular pressure is increased, and the excrement in the corner of the eye is more:
When these phenomena occur, you can relieve them by thinking and breathing (the direction of navel and feet). Even if it still feels rising, it is normal. Practice for a period of time, it will decrease or disappear;
4, detoxification phenomenon:
About 1~2 years later, a small red rash appeared on the calf, which appeared on both the left and right legs. It was particularly itchy for a while and disappeared about 1 month. The skin in the rash area is more delicate and brighter than before. I had a rash on my head several times, but it disappeared automatically after 1~2 weeks. These are all deep toxin excretion reactions in the body. Occasionally, there will be oral bleeding (detoxification), which will cause suffocation for a period of time;
5. Healing period:
Constipation disappeared for many years;
The lungs are fresh, the sputum is dark or even bloody, to pale white, with at least more sputum, and occasionally there is almost no sputum after getting up in the morning;

By bulging the abdomen, the qi and blood in the body can be quickly spread all over the body, the cells are more active, the five internal organs can be massaged, metabolism can be accelerated, toxins in the body can be removed, and blood can be purified. Breathing gradually changed from chest breathing to abdominal breathing. According to Mr. Li Jinbo, the author of Between Breaths, abdominal breathing saves about 50% energy than chest breathing, which is also the reason for the natural decline of appetite after long-term practice of "Frog Skill".
Four, taboos and precautions:
1, like all sports taboos, you can practice one hour after meals or at other times;
2. Female: Stop practicing before and after menstruation to avoid metrorrhagia or excessive bleeding. It is recommended that pregnant women do not practice during pregnancy.
3. Occasionally there will be a short pause in the middle of practice (ten seconds to 1~2 minutes), and the whole body will automatically return to normal breathing, so don't worry.
Five, practice posture:
Lie flat with your legs slightly bent. You can sit (in a car, plane, any seat). When lying down and sitting up, the direction of force and internal massage is different.
Horizontal type: the massage intensity is mainly based on the ups and downs of the internal organs.
Sitting posture: mainly massage navel and life gate (abdomen and lower back).
