Places worth visiting in Wenzhou
Wenzhou, located in the southeast of Zhejiang Province, has a history of 1600 years. It is a national historical and cultural city, with a large number of natural and cultural landscapes, attracting tourists from all over the world. The places worth visiting in Wenzhou are Jiang Xinyu, Wuma Street and Rhoda.

1, Jiang Xinyu, Jiang Xinyu is located on the bank of Oujiang River in the north of Wenzhou. It is a small island in the middle of the river, which is long from east to west and narrow from north to south, and it is also the most worthwhile place to visit in Wenzhou city. The island has beautiful scenery and is divided into two parts: East Garden and West Garden. Most of the East Garden is a cultural landscape and historical sites, and it is the area with the most tourists on the island. West Park is mainly a recreational facility, suitable for children to play.

The East Tower and the West Tower are the most striking buildings on the island. The East Tower was built in the Southern Song Dynasty. It is strange that a tree grew on the top of the tower because the cornice was lost. The West Tower is 100 years later than the East Tower, and each floor has a small niche with carved Buddha statues. These two towers are not only places to pray for blessings, but also navigation marks for ships in Oujiang River from ancient times to the present.

Jiangxin Temple is also a famous tourist attraction in Jiang Xindao and one of the 32 Guanyin Bodhisattva Dojo in China. There are many plaques in the temple. What is most worth seeing is Wang's overlapping on both sides of the main entrance of the temple: "The sea of clouds faces each other and the tide is long." Later generations have more than one interpretation of this couplet. When you come here, you might as well try to give your own answer.

2. Wuma Street Wuma Street was called Wumafang in ancient times. According to legend, when Wang Xizhi, a great calligrapher on foot in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, was a county magistrate, he often traveled in a carriage with five horses in parallel, hence the name Wumafang. Wuma Street is located between Jiefang Street and Fu Qian Street in Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, with a total length of 424 meters. It is the most famous commercial pedestrian street in Wenzhou. There are 14 alleys on both sides of the street, and there are various shops along the street.

Wuma Street still maintains the original architectural style of combining Chinese and western styles, and there are a number of old brands such as Wuweihe grocery store, Jinsanyi silk store, Laoxiangshan drugstore and Wenzhou restaurant. On the street corner, there is a large copper map of Wenzhou drawn in Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. The sculptures on the street are also very distinctive, and the architectural design is also very westernized.

Rhoda Rhoda is located in the southeast of Wenzhou. Because this mountain is unique, self-contained, and does not border with other mountains. It is tall and wide, like a net, so it is called Rhoda. Rhoda consists of four scenic spots and a water network, namely: Xianyan Scenic Spot, Yao Xi Scenic Spot, Tianzhu Temple Scenic Spot, Chashan Scenic Spot and three water networks. It has beautiful scenery, rich vegetation, overlapping forests, unique rock shapes and beautiful natural scenery, and still maintains a relatively primitive natural style.

Daluoshan Temple integrates Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. Known as "the 26th blessed land in the world", it is also known as "72 temples and 36 temples" in history. It is a place for Confucian believers or Buddhist gentry to live in seclusion, cultivate themselves, practice health and give lectures to solve doubts. Among them, Tianzhu Temple, which was built in the Jin Dynasty and rebuilt between Tang and Zhenyuan, is the most famous and one of the oldest temples in Zhejiang.

4. Zeya Scenic Area Zeya Scenic Area, also known as "West Yandang", is located in Zeya Town, west of ouhai district, Wenzhou City, about18km away from Wenzhou City. There are also many cultural landscapes in the scenic area, such as the ancient post-road stacks in the Southern Song Dynasty, ancient paper workshops, primitive ancient villages, ancient bridges and ancient temples.

5. Qidu Island Qidu Island is located in the east of Wenzhou City, about 13 kilometers away from Wenzhou City. This is an island at the mouth of Oujiang River. Located in the middle reaches of the Oujiang River, with a coastline of18km, surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing each other across the river, it looks like leaves. There are islands in the island, lakes in the lake, criss-crossing ditches and rivers, dense water networks, reeds and egrets curling up, and it is known as the green pearl of Wenzhou back garden and Oujiang River.

Qidu Island is not too big. The residential buildings on the island retain the original ecological beauty. The fields are colorful flowers, lotus ponds with lotus leaves and lush rice fields. There are a large number of beautiful and bright rural life paintings and profound ink paintings painted on the walls of people along the river in Zhangli Village, attracting a large number of tourists to visit and vacation every year.
