2. Make your own breakfast. Breakfast is the most important of three meals a day, not only to eat, but also to eat well! It is better to eat and absorb before 9 o'clock! I think breakfast is very good. I basically don't skip eating or eat messy things. Get up and eat a beautiful breakfast, and you will feel better! At present, body fat is still relatively high, so we should try to do aerobic exercise, cooperate with fat-reducing meals, and try to reduce fat. Optional sports include jogging, fitness cycling and Focus T25. Anaerobic exercise can be selected: abdominal muscle tear, push-ups. Pay attention to every warm-up and stretching.
