How to make a health plan in the dry season?
Autumn and winter are dry seasons. So how should health be good for the body? Let's get to know each other.

1. Drink more water.

In dry autumn and winter, more than 600 ml of water evaporates through the skin every day, so it is very important to replenish water. Adults should drink at least 1500 ml of water every day, and drinking 2000 ml of water in autumn can ensure the lubrication of lungs and respiratory tract.

2. Don't take a bath for a long time.

Don't take a bath for too long in autumn and winter. This will make the oil on the skin surface unprotected, make the skin drier and more itchy, and even lead to skin wrinkling and dehydration in severe cases. It is recommended to take a bath for 20 minutes and take a shower for 3-5 minutes. Many people like to take a hot bath, especially some chicken skin. They have the psychology that "hot water can wash off chicken skin". But in fact, too high water temperature will also damage the oil on the skin surface, dilate capillaries and aggravate dry skin. It is recommended that the water temperature in the bathroom be between 24 and 29 degrees.

3. Control diet and exercise more.

It is dry and cold in autumn and winter. According to the weather characteristics, follow the principle of "nourishing yin in autumn and winter". You can eat more foods that nourish yin and moisten the lungs, such as lily lotus seed porridge, tremella rock sugar glutinous rice porridge, almond, fritillary bulb, glutinous rice porridge, black sesame porridge and so on. There are more fruits and vegetables, but less spicy food. Paying more attention to exercise in autumn and winter is helpful to enhance the immune function of various tissues and organs and the body's ability to resist external cold stimuli, prevent colds and other diseases, and improve the body's resistance. Exercise methods vary from person to person. Try running, walking and practicing yoga every morning.
